1. Product Overview
IS200DSPXH1DBD (DSPX) is the core real-time computing motherboard for GE Mark VI turbine control and EX2100 generator excitation systems, single-slot VME rack installation with passive multi-fin aluminum heat sink for long-term high-load DSP operation.
Equipped with 32-bit floating-point main DSP + dedicated ASIC co-processor, matched with 24-bit high-precision synchronous ADC to realize microsecond-level closed-loop control for generator excitation voltage regulation, power factor control, gas turbine fuel valve and IGV servo position algorithms.
It carries multi-channel analog and digital signal front-end conditioning circuits, filters high-frequency electromagnetic noise from thyristor power cabinets and large drive motors, and transmits sampled data and control commands between all rack modules via 5Mbps proprietary ISBus backplane bus.
On-board flash memory solidifies control firmware, limit curves and fault historical records, with front P5 emulator port and rear multi-group serial UART interfaces for offline program download, online parameter tuning and waveform fault capture. Dual front-panel LED indicators display normal operation and hardware fault status, all fault events carry millisecond timestamps and upload to system HMI and plant DCS.
Conformal coated PCB adapts to high-temperature, high-humidity power plant cabinet environments, supports triple modular redundant (TMR) rack deployment. GE discontinued original new production, only surplus stock and refurbished replacement spares available aftermarket.
